Wenfu Wonton & Pig's Knuckle Eatery
After getting off at the Ligang stop and walking into the alleys of the old street, you will see a long-standing shop at the main intersection: Wenfu wonton & pig’s knuckle eatery. This place is always crowded during meal times. It is recommended to find your own seat first and then grab an order form from the staff. The menu is simple, featuring rice vermicelli, flat noodles (Ban Tiao), wontons, and pig’s knuckles. These few simple dishes have been sold for over sixty years. Ordering a bowl of wontons paired with a plate of pig’s knuckles offers a simple yet delicious flavor that definitely makes the trip worthwhile.
