Modernization

We collaborate with the government to equip our buses with real-time tracking and safety vision systems. This improves efficiency, provides live bus information, and reduces operational costs.

To meet the 2030 electrification goal, we are replacing diesel buses with electric ones. This upgrade is a key part of our strategy to support sustainable tourism.

Maintenance

We operate a Class A repair facility in Pingtung City for all vehicle inspections and repairs.

To ensure safety, drivers perform daily checks, while our technical team handles scheduled maintenance based on mileage. All service records are tracked in our MIS system, which alerts us when maintenance is due. This prevents mechanical failures and ensures a high-quality experience for our passengers.

Management Systems

In 2017, we replaced manual processes with a Management Information System (MIS). We use it to manage HR, maintenance, fuel, and dispatching, which helps us reduce waste and track costs in real time.

Our automated scheduling ensures drivers follow labor laws and get enough rest. This prevents fatigue and significantly improves road safety.

Administrative Cooperation

We have long operated bus routes in Pingtung. Through our website, stations, and buses, we promote government transit discounts and display local artwork. We are dedicated to improving the daily travel experience and quality of life for our community.
