Lost and Found

1. In accordance with Article 53 of the Highway Act, we will publicly announce any unclaimed items found in stations or on our buses. If an item remains unclaimed for one year after the announcement, we will assume ownership.
2. If items are perishable, difficult to store, or have a value lower than the cost of handling, we may sell them during the announcement period or discard them immediately without notice.
3. To claim an item, please provide a valid ID for verification and leave your contact details for our records.
4. Any person making a false claim for a lost item will be held civilly and criminally liable.
