Regulation

1. Please check the remaining money in the smart card before you take the bus.
2. You need to tap on and tap off to avoid locking your smart card. 
3. One smart card can only be used by one person.
4. If you require proof of ticket purchase, please request a certificate from the driver when getting off the bus.Please note that only paper certificates are available. We appreciate your understanding.

Unlocked smart cards service

1. The smart card will lock if you do not tap on and tap off. If your smart is locked, please go to our service counter or bus station to unlock it.

3. If you did not take our bus(Ping Tung Bus Co., Ltd), please go to other bus company to unlock your smart card.

Allow negative balance

1. iPASS
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $65).
2. EasyCard
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $60).
3. icash2.0
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $65).
4. If your smart card is in negative balance, please top up ASAP.
