Regulation

  1. Check Balance: Please ensure your smart card has a sufficient remaining balance before boarding.
  2. Tap On & Off: You must tap your card both when boarding and alighting to avoid your card being locked.
  3. One Person Per Card: Each smart card can only be used by one person at a time.
  4. Ticket Proof: If you require proof of payment, please request a paper receipt from the driver upon alighting. Please note that we only provide paper receipts.

Negative Balance Policy

  1. Upon alighting, the following cards allow for a one-time negative balance (maximum limit):
    • iPASS: Up to -$65
    • EasyCard: Up to -$60
    • icash 2.0: Up to -$65
  2. Your card has a negative balance and cannot be used for boarding. Please top up ASAP.
