1. Please check the remaining money in the smart card before you take the bus.
2. You need to tap on and tap off to avoid locking your smart card. 
3. One smart card can only be used by one person.

2. Other places: Please check the official website of each E-ticket company

Unlocked smart cards service

1. The smart card will lock if you do not tap on and tap off. If your smart is locked, please go to our service counter or bus station to unlock it.
2. Bus station： 
   • Kenting Express service counter at HSR Zuoying Station
   • Pingtung Bus Station
   • Chaozhou Bus Station
   • PT Bus Donggang station
   • PT Bus Gaushu station
   • PT Bus Shuimen station
   • Hengchun Bus Station
3. If you did not take our bus(Ping Tung Bus Co., Ltd), please go to other bus company to unlock your smart card.

Allow negative balance

1. iPASS
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $65).
2. EasyCard
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $60).
3. icash2.0
   • When passenger gets off the bus, smart card allow once negative balance(max negative balance is $65).
4. If your smart card is in negative balance, please top up ASAP.
