Routes

Passengers may use mobile payment (TRAFFIC QR CODE) on buses where the device is available.

Regulation

  1. Check Balance: Please ensure your linked account has a sufficient balance before boarding.
  2. Scan Upon Boarding: You must scan your TRAFFIC QR CODE when you get on the bus.
  3. Scan Upon Alighting: You must scan the TRAFFIC QR CODE again before you get off. Failure to complete both scans will result in a base fare charge.
  4. One Person Per Code: Each TRAFFIC QR CODE is valid for one passenger only.
  5. Ticket Proof: If you require proof of payment, please request a paper receipt from the driver upon alighting. Please note that we only provide paper receipts.

Negative Balance Policy

  1. When alighting, the following services allow for a one-time negative balance:
    • iPASS MONEY: Allows a one-time negative balance (No maximum limit specified).
    • Easy Wallet: Allows a one-time negative balance (Up to -$60).
    • icash Pay: Allows a one-time negative balance (No maximum limit specified).
  2. If your account has a negative balance, please deposit funds immediately to ensure continued service.
