Passengers may use Electronic Payment (Traffic QR Code) on buses where the device is available.

Usage Rules
- Check Balance: Please ensure your linked account has a sufficient balance before boarding.
- Scan Upon Boarding: You must scan your Traffic QR Code when you get on the bus.
- Scan Upon Alighting: You must scan the Traffic QR Code again before you get off. Failure to complete both scans will result in a base fare charge.
- One Person Per Code: Each Traffic QR Code is valid for one passenger only.
- Proof of Payment: If you require proof of payment, please request a paper receipt from the driver upon alighting. Please note that we only provide paper receipts.

Negative Balance Policy
- When alighting, the following services allow for a one-time negative balance:
- iPASS MONEY: Allows a one-time negative balance (No maximum limit specified).
- Easy Wallet: Allows a one-time negative balance (Up to -$60).
- icash Pay: Allows a one-time negative balance (No maximum limit specified).
- If your account has a negative balance, the advanced amount will be deducted upon your next top-up. Please deposit funds immediately to ensure the Traffic QR Code remains active.
- Taiwan Pay: If the balance is insufficient when alighting, the system will utilize the NT$500 earmarked fund for payment. Please ensure the earmarked fund is refilled to NT$500 before your next trip to reactivate the Traffic QR Code.
